Warisan 11A located @ AU2 Taman Sri Keramat. Our space is lovingly-designed with the comfort of our guest in mind; we provide quality mattresses, bed sheets and toiletries. To bring back the memories of the yesteryear, we have also put in a lot effort in conserving the original structure and materials of the house which includes the classic grills located at front door, some part of original flooring and have carefully selected matching furnitures to complement the classic feel of the house

Ideal for a guests for business or leisure stay. A perfect place to hold a small event such as solemnization (nikah), engagement, family gathering, mini birthday party etc.
Sleeping arrangement is for 8 guest + 4 guests (upon request). If more than 8, please notify us in advance to enable us to make adjustment.
Our dining area and kitchen are equipped with cooking amenities and cutleries for your convenience. There is also a washing machine with backyard drying area provided.
You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located house. 250m to nearest petrol station (PETRONAS), hawkers stall along the way, 350m to 7eleven, 99speedmart (mini mart), dentist, clinics, hardware and famous Langgaq restaurant, 8mins walk to AEON / Sat Nite Market, 1.8km to Datum Jelatek Mall (opening soon) and Jelatek LRT station (3 station to KLCC) , 5km to Kuala Lumpur City Centre by road. This location also connected to all main highways (DUKE, SUKE, MRR2, AKLEH etc)
- The house has total of 3 air-condition with spacious kitchen and living room.
- Only 2 bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and the other one is at TV Section whereby the lovely day bed located.
- Room 1 has 1 Queen Bed, a Single bed and a wardrobe
- Room 2 has 1 single bed and 1 large wardrobe (can turn into utilities room). Can fit another 2 extra mattress
- Room 3 has similar arrangement with Room 1
- The house has 2 bathrooms with basic toiletries. Towels are provided for 8 guests.
- The living area is equipped with android TV with Disney Hotstar channel. Free Wifi is also provided.
- Cooking is allowed. The kitchen is fully-equipped with kitchen amenities and necessary utensils ready for use.
