The apartment sleeps up to 4 people (2 on king bed, 1 on full bed, 1 on coach pull out full) The king is a medium-firm foam bed that is very comfortable! It has a variety of pillow options to suit individual preferences! The Full bed is also medium firm with springs and foam. The coach bed has an additional 2 inch down mattress to increase its comfort (I’ve had guests rave about it being the best coach bed they’ve ever slept on)!
Second bedroom has full office set up with 4-foot desk and computer chair, making it perfect for working from home!

Private Enclosed Yard (6-7 ft walls) for our guest's and their pet's enjoyment!
Dedicated parking space for unit D in the rear of the building, but most guests park on the street since it's closest to the door and never occupied!

*** 2-hour early check-in and 2 hours late check-out can be requested for a separate $25 fee for either time window - any requests need to be made 48 hours before check-in so the cleaning staff can accommodate***
