Lovely Missoula home located in the heart of the historical University neighborhood, a few blocks from Downtown and the Clark Fork River. This charming home offers all that is needed to make your time in Missoula extremely enjoyable.

The home is vintage 1932, and full of historical charm. With white walls, wood floors, a mix of contemporary and antique, Pendleton wool blankets and down comforters, Room&Board furnishings, a gift of locally crafted beer & Missoula roasted french press coffee, 70 inch TV, Sonos & and high speed internet, a location just steps from the University (3 blocks) & Downtown Missoula (5 blocks), we welcome you to our home!
The home has air conditioning.
The house is approximately 1900 square feet of living space and has three levels: main floor, second story & basement level. The second story has two bedrooms (king & queen beds respectively) and a shared bath. The living room - with working fireplace, dining room and kitchen are located on the main floor. The basement was remodeled in 2008 and has a large family/tv room, bathroom, laundry and third bedroom (full bed). Wireless DSL, 70 inch TV with Apple TV and HBO Now, Sonos sounds system. Locally made organic shampoo & rinse, with essential oils, and organic handmade lanolin soap are provided.
Pleasant backyard has a trex deck leading from french doors off of dining room. Small yard and gas BBQ.
Two off street parking spaces.
Families with small children are welcome, although please keep in mind that there are two staircases in the home and a real fire place. Safety and comfort for all guests is of utmost concern. The house is furnished with some high-end furniture, and so we hope your children are respectful of our home and its contents!
This home is for six overnight guests only. It is not suitable for additional overnight guests beyond six.
We do not discriminate. We welcome guests of all ages, gender, religion, ethnicities & political affiliations. We are gay friendly too.
For stays beyond two weeks, we do ask that you have the home cleaned by our regular cleaner, at least once per each additional two week window.

Check-in is 4:00 p.m. Check-out is 11 a.m.
We will have local coffee/french press for you to use and locally brewed Montana beer as our welcome gift to you.

Please be in touch immediately if there is any issue with the home, or if something is not satisfactory. We would like to correct any problem as soon as possible.
The house is a non-smoking property. Please let us know if there is a smoker in the party and we will be happy to provide ash trays for the deck. We do have a well-behaved Golden Retriever. While you will not see any evidence of a dog in the house, if there is someone with a dog allergy, this may not be the best match. We are also willing to consider your pet in the home for a visit.
Also, Missoula also requires a collection of a 7% hotel/bed tax for the State of Montana. Airbnb, does not have a way to add this tax fee into the listing, for Missoula listings, at this time. This tax will be collected via check, cash, or collected through Airbnb upon arrival.

It's beautiful and quiet and great for walks. The University of Montana is three blocks away. The river and downtown are five blocks - Missoula is great for walking with wonderful breweries, coffee shops, restaurants, boutiques, Griz games, theater, skiing at Montana Snowbowl and the Art Museum.

Excited to welcome you to my home.....love to travel and have been all over the world. Own/operate a small seasonal guest lodge on a lake up in the mountains of Northwestern Montana. Also have a place in Seattle, Washington. Love to explore and experience the local feel when I travel. Have a golden retriever at home and three horses. Love to ride, snowboard, backback, cook and drink wine. Appreciate time with friends and family, and love making new ones.
