This unit includes underground parking. The Sheldon Chumir Urgent Care is a 5 minute walk from my building.
Safeway (the local grocery store) is a 5 minute walk. There is a pharmacy and liquor store across the street from me. All and all this is prime location :)

17th Avenue is a very desirable area of Calgary with an abundance of shops, cafés and entertainment nearby. Our condo is a 10 minute walk to the downtown core and Stephen's Ave, where there is an upscale mall (with Holt Renfrew) and plenty of dining. The C-train, Stampede grounds and Talisman Sports Centre are also a 10-15 minute walk. Additionally, there are a variety of parks, river pathways in the area. Eau Claire Market and Prince's Island Park are about a 35 minute walk north, which is a gorgeous area to wander around in the summer - with shops, dining and a splash park for children to enjoy. The Elbow river is around a 15 minute walk south of me and is great for its running pathways, parks, BBQ pits and rafting during summer months.
