My house is a lovely 100 year old traditional Nelson villa. This gives it a really nice cosy feeling and makes everyone feel at home. It is located in a nice quite neighbourhood and is only a 10 minute walk away from the centre of town.
It is also close to the Maitai river which is beautiful for nice walks, mountain biking and swimming. The beach is 5km / 5 minute drive away.
The back yard is very nice to relax to enjoy a sunny day if you just want a day off from exploring the surrounding area.

Fresh bedding and towels for all rooms are provided.
Room 1: The room is 11 square meters big.
Double bed ( 140cm x 200cm ), dresser, shelves, writing desk & chair.
Room 2: The room is 15 square meters big.
Double bed ( 140cm x 200cm ), dresser, shelves, and armchair and a heater if needed.
Room 3: The room is 20 square meters big.
King size bed ( 180cm x 200cm ) and a Single Bed. Dresser and shelves.
Room 4: The room is 22 square meters big.
Queen size bed ( 167cm x 203cm ) Wardrobe, Dresser, shelves
The rooms are very close to the bathroom and Kitchen. There is also a guest toilet.
High-speed WIFI available free of charge.
Discounts for longer stays are available.
