Normaltown lofts are unique units in Normaltown Athens. We have four separate units each having their own private bathroom. There is a shared living room, dining area, kitchen and hall bathroom. This building is directly across from Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital and less than one mile from downtown Athens. This building is over 100 years old and has some quirky fun features. There are so many restaurants, cafes and shops in walking distance. This is such a great location to be in!

Parking is located behind the building in the gravel area.
The entrance to the Loft is at the back of the building.

For heat and AC, there is a split unit in each bedroom with a remote. Please leave the AC to 80 when leaving in the heat please turn it off.
The kitchen and living room are a shared space. There is a restroom with a shower in the hall of the living room. Please be courteous of others.
Tribe Hair Salon is on the main level of our building as well as Half Shepherd Market and Cheese Shop.
The living room and bedroom have smart TVs. Cable is provided. You can login with your passwords for all other services through the TV. Please leave the remotes on the TV stands when you leave.

Sandy Creek Park and Nature Center, Walker Park, Oconee Rivers Greenway, Memorial Park and Bear Hollow Zoo. Bike the Fire Fly trail and don’t miss the State Botanical Gardens of Georgia.
As you’re out and about, make sure to view the dozens of our “We Let the Dawgs Out” bulldog statues. The Georgia Museum of Art is a must see, and there are numerous downtown galleries and boutiques that put local artists works on display.
The tree that owns it self as one of Athens most beloved residents roadside wonder. The stately white oak resides at the corner of Dearing in Finley Street.
At nearly 160 years old, the cast iron arch bordering north campus and downtown Athens, represents both the past and future of the University of Georgia.
The Morton Theater, Wuxtry Records, the Georgia Theater, Bottleworks, Five Points and Bizarro Comics are just a few of the fun places to visit in Athens.
Downtown Athens is home to dozens of eateries and cafés. FromMediterranean inspired fare, steaks, sushi, traditional and modern southern favorites, and delicious burgers. We recommend getting a milkshake downtown at The Grill! Alumni Cookie Dough off Thomas Street is where you can eat made fresh daily edible cookie dough.
