According to G00GLE earth this is as close ANY private residence can get to the beautiful golden sand dunes of Cable Beach. Just 400 meters to the top of the dune (see secret sunset spot picture) and a short walk from there to the water. You will be following the ancient aboriginal Yari trail. This trail takes you through the sand dunes and on to the beach. Yari is the local aboriginal word for whales, the trail is so named as you can see humpback whales when they are on their migration route, from both the beach and atop the dunes.
The property is situated midway between the rocks at Gatheume point, where the dinosaur footprints are and the rocky point at Cable Beach, where The Cable Beach Club is located. A safe and peaceful part of town.
The suite has a comfy king sized bed, 42 inch Netflix connected tv, buffet kitchen with fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave plus cutlery and crockery. The ensuite bathroom is huge! Access to the suite is through a shared gate with Pearl Cottage and is keyless. Your own private deck area awaits and is adjacent to the pool. Lush tropical palms keep this area cool and shady. High speed unlimited wifi is also included throughout the property.
You also have full access to the massive well equipped alfresco kitchen should you choose to dine in. Plus an outdoor dining and lounge area is provided for your use in the pool area.
And the pool!
Temperature controlled and almost 50% undercover means you can choose to swim, or just float around in either sun or shade.
