Oozing contemporary living with loads of space, this one bedroom, free-standing home is the perfect space for three guests. Think: sleek, sandstone-coloured tiled flooring, mid-century-style furniture, a clean, open-plan layout and contemporary art—all while fit with modern fixtures and chic finishes.

The spacious living area—which features two couches, a sleek coffee table and a wide-screen TV—sits near a two-person dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen. Whether you’re staying short term or longer-term, make use of all the modern appliances including a gas cooktop, oven, full-sized fridge, microwave, dishwasher, soda stream and all the cooking utensils. Or step into the garden and cook up a storm on the outdoor BBQ before dining outdoors in the garden that features an outdoor table.

A well-lit bedroom features a queen bed dressed in quality linen, a dedicated working desk and wardrobes; while the sofa bed can sleep an additional guest. A pristine, modern bathroom features grey-tiled flooring, a shower, large vanity and the convenience of a laundry area equipped with a washing machine.

Additional luxuries include off-street parking for one car, air conditioning and high-speed Wi-Fi.

Guests will have sole access to all the available spaces in the flat during their stay. However, one of the two identically sized bedrooms will remain locked/unavailable as it remains in regular use by the owner between bookings.

The guest bedroom will be yours to use, and it includes a queen bed, two bedside tables, a window and a built-in wardrobe, a space for study or work in the bedroom.

You will have full access to the private and fenced-off outdoor space that surrounds the flat. You can also use some of this space for off-street parking if you desire.

As the flat is occupied on a regular basis by the owner, a small number of personal items are stored away in cupboards throughout the flat, but spaces are left clear and uncluttered.

A generous allocation of bathroom vanity, wardrobe and kitchen cupboard spaces are always kept free for the use of guests during their stay.

We are pet-friendly - just let us know about your furry friend at the time of booking so we can assess if the space is suitable for them. To cover extra cleaning, please note our pet fee: $50 which will be added to your total reservation amount.
