This is My Personal space, some stuff still in the unit. You can use my utensils, you can cook, and has WiFi. There's no AC. Only electric fan. The place is near to market, and you don't have to worry about food because some unit owners selling food. If you have some questions just let me know. Just a few reminders that any damages or lost within my unit will be at Lessee liability.

The kiddie pool is closed due to covid, if your in for a basketball game, some residents they use to play at the basketball court.
Public parking for cars is available but first come first served Basis. Do not leave any valuable items inside your vehicle for security purposes. Make sure if you have vehicle to keep with you the stickers that I will provide during your stay this will serve as your sticker entry.. "No sticker no entry policy"

You can cook and use my utensils. The bedsheets is always new and sanitize. You cannot use the cabinet because I have some personal things inside that's why I keep them lock. Hangers, towels, Mineral water are free to use. I have WiFi and cable TV, refrigerator is also available to keep your food last longer.
You can buy food within the premises some commercial establishment is open at the ground floor.
I only need a valid ID from yours for security purpose only.
