If you're a foodie, you've got some fantastic restaurants both along Forest Ave and Stevens Ave. If more the active type, you've got Baxter Woods (a 30-acre nature preserve) a few blocks away for squeezing in a quick walk or run. In addition to Baxter Woods, nearby Evergreen Cemetery (Maine's second largest cemetery at 239 acres) provides a great environment for walking and mountain biking through its vast network of trails.
