Great family home in safe and friendly neighbourhood. 3 bedrooms upstairs with a large bathroom including bathtub and shower. Newly renovated kitchen and living room with piano, tv and Berkey water filtration system. Downstairs includes a small gym with treadmill, many different weights and gym equipment . Downstairs also includes a bedroom with a window, half bathroom and a laundry room with washing machine, small freezer and drying racks for laundry. Outside includes a clothesline and sundeck.

My home is open concept and recently renovated. It is a small home but it has all a home needs. The sundeck out back gets the afternoon sun and I have some mismatched outdoor furniture on the deck to relax on.

Great family neighborhood with a many parks within walking distance. Great transportation options including two different bus routes very close to home. Excellent for playing outside, my home is not on a busy street.
