Our one-story contemporary farmhouse is in a private setting surrounded by beautiful views. It is a cozy spot for two couples or a family of 4. Guests have access to private outdoor parking, secure Wi-Fi, two private decks, and more.

Our home is just a few blocks from downtown Bellevue off the revered Broadford Road. Sitting on 21 private acres of lush manicured grass, forest, and grassland, this riverfront estate boasts more than 1/2 mile of Big Wood River frontage and offers world-class flying fishing for local and visiting anglers alike.
Our one-story ~1250 sqft contemporary farmhouse-style home is in a private setting surrounded by beautiful views. It is a cozy spot for two couples or a family of 4.
It includes:
- Open gourmet kitchen with appliances, including oven and cooking range ready to be used for your home-cooked meals
- 8 person dining table
- A wood-burning fireplace in the living room and sliding glass doors leading out to a large rear deck area with great views of the surrounding mountains
- Living room with modern furniture and decor
- Front and back decks
- Gas BBQ grill
- Laundry room with full size W/D
- Full bath/powder room located next to the laundry room and front entrance
- Master bedroom with high ceilings and a king-sized bed, 70” HD LCD TV/DVD Blue Ray Player with Pandora & Netflix
- Second bedroom with a queen-sized bed, cozy furnishings, and a private full bath
- Linens and towels, kitchen and bathroom soap provided.
- Free outdoor parking for up to 3 vehicles and RV/Campers
- Private secured high-speed wifi internet
- Access the waterfront hiking trail which crosses our property and continue north on the path for morning and evening walks
- Access world-class fly fishing on more than 1/2 mile of Big Wood River frontage. The fly fishing is so good in front of our house, paid guides bring visiting guests to our section of the Big Wood River to fish!
Plan on taking the Valley Bus, which picks up a few blocks from our home to Ketchum or Sun Valley. In the summer, hop on the bike path and cycle to Hailey or Ketchum along the Big Wood River. Any time of year you’ll want to follow the path to Sun Valley Village for shopping and dining.
