Large wide veranda that wraps around the house, giving all rooms access to enjoy the space and views it is on the seaview sunny side.
Enjoy summer dining and drinks while watching the sun rise and set , there are couches, bean bag and table and chairs along the veranda for your use.
Outside Space
Large lawn area with 2 more outside seating areas. One under cover on the garden level and another under the Magnolia Grandiflora on the lawn.
Plenty of space for the family to play Pétanque or Badminton.

Modern open plan lounge, dining, kitchen all with sea views . The TV does come with SKY.

Modern new wall oven, Dish Drawers, Fridge freezer, Pantry, well equipped to make summer cooking a breeze. Plan your day over the breakfast bar with a casual bite or set the linen on the dining table for everyone to get together.
Master Bedroom
Gorgeous sea-view bedroom with queen size bed and new quality Egyptian linen. Complete with ensuite toilet and hairdryer. Extra large wardrobe and drawers.
Double Room 2
A lovely room with windows on 3 sides, sit on your chair and enjoy the quiet and views with the sea breeze coming through the open ranch slider . New quality bed linens.
Room 3
2x single beds, wardrobe and lovely views from your own ranch slider onto the veranda. New quality cotton bed linens.

Shower, relaxing bath and vanity.
Shampoo, conditioner, body soap and hair dryer all supplied.
Laundry
Separate laundry with washing machine , washing powder, basket and pegs.
