-A refundable security deposit of THB 10000 is required to pay in cash on arrival please and will be refunded on departure less any charges that may occur.
-Check in time is 3pm and after, check out is 11 at noon.
-Electricity allowance 50kw per night, excess will be charged 8 bath per unit.
-Cleaning fee 2500bath/time is available on request.
- No smoking indoors, people caught smoking will be fined 10,000 THB. Outside is no problem
- No pets allowed
