Large bedroom nicely furnished with home office, full bed, closet, bookshelves, and dresser. Laundry closet in unit, dishwasher, huge kitchen, living room, and dining room. It's a 3 bedroom apartment, and currently you'd be sharing the common areas with a very kind, quiet and clean roommate who works from home.

The building has only 4 units and features a locked entryway with storage for bikes, umbrellas, strollers etc., and security cameras. The whole apartment was recently renovated with luxury details like a rain shower, hardwood floors, dimmable lights and ceiling speakers. The kitchen features a hot/cold under-sink water filter, new stove and dishwasher, a huge fridge, marble countertop and gorgous tiling. The wifi is great and there are also ethernet connections in every room.

On the same corner is a pharmacy, liquor store, pizza, a couple blocks from an organic grocery store and from international restaurants and bars. Bay Ridge is gorgeous- birds and trees and seabreeze and we are 3 blocks from a pier/ferry dock and long waterfront bike/running path, 1 block from Owl's Head Park. 20 minute drive to the beach. Street parking is usually available within a block or two.

My roommate is there but I'm out of state, available by phone/email, as is my landlord who lives in NJ but comes to Bay Ridge ~1x/week. This is a shared apartment with young professionals. The other roommate is extremely respectful, kind, and quiet, and is only at the apartment some of each month, currently. We are being very careful with outside exposure, and are looking for someone who does the same. No big groups, limited indoor spaces other than the apartment, wearing masks when out, etc.
