Upper level Master Bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite bath. Shared kitchen, great room, and laundry. Sporting equipment storage in garage. Off street parking for one car. 10 minute walk to free county bus system, Walmart, restaurants, rentals, etc and still is a wooded quiet area. There are 2 other bedrooms, also accessed through the front door, which may be occupied.

In the woods but only 10 minutes walk to Walmart, whole foods, banks, restaurants, etc. 20 min walk to Main Street Frisco.

We and our guests are following all recommended Prevention Procedures.
1. Wear a mask in shared and public places
2. Social distancing
3. Hand sanitizing before and after using shared areas
4. Frequent hand washing
5. If sick, get tested and stay home
6. Don’t bring outdoor shoes into shared space
Our special efforts:
1. Sanitizing private areas between guests
2. Sanitizing shared areas daily
3. Temperature checks on arrival
4. Bag breakfast available
5. Lots of disinfecting wipes and sanitizing gel available
6. Wearing only socks or house shoes in shared spaces
