This is a newly finished one bedroom basement apartment with a living room, kitchenette and tile floors throughout. Although it's a below level space, it is bright, cozy and decorated with elements of nature. There are 11 steps from ground level to the private entrance apartment. I live on the main level but when guests stay, I am not around much or leave all together. I've made a conscience effort to keep the space neutral so it doesn't feel like your in someone else's home.

Comfy Convenience is located in an eclectic neighborhood. It has a nice mixture of families, singles, people of different ages and ethnic backgrounds. Access to a beautiful marsh and very nice walking/bike trails is just down the street. The arboretum is about a mile away.
