I am just starting out with Airbnb. But my husband and I have been hosting guests for over six years now. We understand what excellent customer service is and enjoy meeting people. We get along with everyone. By being great hosts, we have made so many great people and made great friends as well. Currently, I'm a marketing director for a Business Process Management (BPM) consulting firm where we help businesses decrease costs and increase revenue. I have been in the marketing business for over 35 years. I have my Masters of Science in Counseling Education and counseled undergraduate students for 3 years before pursuing a career in Marketing. I gearing up for the launch of my "Five Star Local Listing" marketing firm where I educate and help LOCAL businesses build an enhanced presence on the map so that when their product or service is "searched" by potential prospects in their community, they stand a chance of coming up.
