Nice apartment located 10 km from downtown Reykjavík with a free parking.. Swimming pool near by, grocery shops, gas station and good walking trails. The apartment is on a 1st floor and in the building are 6 apartments with all kinds of neighbors so this is not a party house. I meet my guests to let them have the key.

Kitchen and living room is in a one open area with balcony with a nice view and on a sunny day it´s very nice to have the first cup of coffee there. One bathroom with shower and a bath, one bedroom with one double bed.

My guests use the same front door at the building as others. I only ask my guest if they come very late or leave very early to not use the wheel on their bags because the noise can wake up people at the first floor.
