My apartment is in an apartment building that has a green yard. It is southwest of the city center, which can be reached in 20 min with tram or bicycle. It is closely located to the park "Volkspark Kleinzchocher" while the lake "Cospudener See" and much more nature is reachable with a 15 min bicycle ride. The living room (18 m^2) contains a sofa which is extendable to a bed for two. In the kitchen you find all necessary cooking utilities. The bath has a shower. Please, smoke in the yard.

Please, before you check out, clean used dishes/kitchen stuff, resemble the sofa, remove bed linen and put they with the used towels in the laundry basket, located in the bath. Finally, do not forget to leave the keys and after check out, please, send simultaneously a text message (SMS) to the phone numbers, you know from the check in.
