We have a large trampoline in our garden and lots of wildlife, we have ponds with fish and squirrels and minor birds in our garden.
The house is a modern Thai style, it's large and spacious with all amenities. Perfect for kids, with lots of toys.

The house is earthed / grounded - all electrics are safe.
There is a large HD TV in the lounge with YouTube / Netflix.
There is a balcony overlooking the area at the back of the house.
There is only a house to one side, the other side has empty land, so it's super quiet.
