Idyllic neighborhood -walking distance to Natchez Trace & Ross Barnett Reservoir-Perfect start to a Trace adventure & ideal for cyclists. Master bedroom w/ full bath, as well as a 2nd bedroom w/ queen & 2nd full bath in hall. Great WiFi. washer dryer available. kitchen is a common area. Fabulous deck for beautiful views from our hill.

We live here, but our home is split into two spaces. On your side is a master suite with an in-suite bath. Also included in this listing is another separate bedroom with a queen bed and an additional bathroom in the hall. We do have our own living area and bedroom on our side of the home. We also have a dog who is blind but super sweet. She is literally everyone's favorite dog. She will bark at you when you first come in, but that is it. If you are not a dog person, this is probably not the listing for you. :). There is a parking pad (not the driveway, but a separate area near the front door walkway) with two spaces that you will have for yourself.
Please note: if you will be needing both bedrooms, you will need to choose a minimum of three guests when booking even if there are only two of you. That is what will trigger the extra fee for the extra bedroom (it is $20 per person after two guests or $20 extra for two people if using both bedrooms.) Thank you.

Walk from our house to The Ross Barnett Reservoir and the Natchez Trace. Our place is an excellent start to a cycling trip on the Trace, or you may prefer to stick to the multi-use trail (Chisha-Foka) for adventuring. Many restaurants and shopping are close by. Our neighborhood is classic and original. The houses all have an authentic vibe...no two are alike. The trees are amazing. Although our children are grown, the neighborhood has families of many different ages and types. Many times there may be neighborhood children playing in our yard. :)
