This large, comfortable single-level family home is located in the southern part of Missoula, making it an ideal spot to launch adventures down to Lake Como in the Bitterroot as well as north to Flathead Lake and Glacier Park, east to Garnet Ghost Town and Seeley Lake, and west to Coeur D'Alene.
The sprawling, impeccably detailed house feels clean and fresh and very inviting, with large open spaces as well as cozy nooks. The four bedrooms all come with a fan and a mirror and can sleep two guests each. In addition there is a pack and play portable crib for those seeking sleeping accommodation for infants.
In the kitchen you'll find all that you need to cook, serve, and enjoy a family meal, as well as complimentary coffee, spices, and a few condiments. This home is professionally cleaned between guests by a company mindful of COVID-19.
Entrance to the house is nearly step-free, with only two steps leading in from the garage and three leading in from the front door.
In this home you're just a short walk from the wonderful South Hills Trail System and a short car ride from Missoula's many breweries, wine bars, restaurants, and theaters. The closest grocery store and gas station are 3 minutes away by car, and Missoula's incredible downtown boasting The Wilma Theater and A Carousel For Missoula is just an 11 minute drive.
Store your gear in the garage, enjoy a wide driveway for parking, and relax on the back deck's Adirondack chairs while the kids play in the huge fenced yard, equipped with a play house. This mountain city home is truly your home away from home.

Guests are able to access the entirety of the main level of the home and the entire yard, as well as about half of the garage. Spread out and enjoy! Guests will enter the home through one of two keypad entrances -- one at the front door, one at the garage door -- using a code provided by the host in advance.
The basement is not for guest usage and is secured with a hook, although not locked to allow access to the water shut off that is located down there.
Guests are invited to store their gear in the garage, but may not park their cars in the garage. Approximately half of the garage is for storage of the home owner's items. Thank you for understanding.

In order to make our home as safe from COVID-19 as possible, we've employed the following safety procedures:
- all our cleaning is done by a professional cleaning service
- we leave 48 hours between all guest stays to give airborne particles a chance to clear
- guest check-in is no-contact
- we wash all blankets, towels, and linens in hot water to sanitize them
- we disinfect and sanitize high-touch surfaces
- all non-guests (such as cleaners & maintenance crews) who enter the home between guest stays wear a mask
- if contact is needed between guests and the owner, masks must be worn at all times and a minimum of six feet of distance maintained
There is a noise monitor in the home to help us ensure that our neighborhood stays quiet and peaceful. Please do not tamper with the monitor.
