Welcome to Grandma's Condo! No really~ This was our grandparents condo in beautiful Santa Rosa Beach on 30A that we recently purchased with plans renovate in the near future. While it is VERY outdated, the charm of this condo is very cozy and clean. What we love about this condo is the location, location, location!! Enjoy all that 30A has to offer by being in the heart of it all. Don't stress to find beach parking, the condo is located directly across the street from the beach. AC, Pool on site!

Enjoy only the best decor of 1985! Even though Grandma's condo is outdated, don't be fooled by the warming feel and charm of this condo. Equipped with a queen bed and a storage dressers for your belongings. There are beach chairs for our guests as well. There is a pool at the condo for you to use, as well as an on site laundry facility. Enjoy morning coffee on the balcony and listen to the waves crashing.The kitchen has a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, microwave, oven, fridge and fashionable 1985 counter tops. High speed WiFi for you to enjoy as well as a flat screen TV and cable. Plenty of parking so you never need to worry about fighting for beach parking, especially in peak season. Walking distance to so much!!

We love the vibe of 30A! While being walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants and bike trails, you will always feel like you're on vacation. I just recently started coming down to 30A and what I love about it is how I feel like we are on a tropical island. The ocean water is normally very warm, super clean and clear and the beach has GREAT sand! We love to walk or ride bikes to Seaside, enjoy the close proximity to Publix, as well as a gas station and coffee shops and convenient stores and delicious food We also love the cleanliness of the 30A area!
