This apartment is steps from the beach, a skate park, public transportation, and amazing dining options! The apartment has a shared deck, a kitchenette with a portable gas burner, mini-fridge, and microwave, and even has a popcorn maker to enjoy with a huge selection of classic VHS movies. Wash off the sand from your day in a surf-style shower with heated floors and play guitar in the music corner while you wind down. Get a taste of beach-side life in your own private suite!

The only shared used space is the hallway to your suite. Our apartment is on the other side of the curtain mural in the hallway. If you hear us, feel free to say hi! The room gets amazing sun, but the blinds work very well to keep the room dim before you're ready to wake up. Fast wi-fi makes it easy to work from your home away from home. Cooking essentials can be provided upon request. There is one cat on premises who lives in our apartment outside of the the suite, but we would not recommend renting if you have a cat allergy.

Guests have access to an entire private suite including a bedroom, living room, shared deck, and private bathroom.

We are a no-shoe household. Being by the beach gets the floors super sandy otherwise!
Our downstairs neighbors are very private, so we ask that you limit your time/volume in the halls of the building and on the front porch.
Please wear a mask in shared use spaces of the building.
Garbage and recycling are to the left of the building once you exit, and plastic/glass/aluminum (blue lid) and cardboard/paper (green lid) are separated.
Our cat has figured out how to get past the curtain, so please keep doors to the suite and building hallway closed.
If you'd like to bring a bike, you are welcome to store it in our shared hallway upstairs, just let us know in advance!

The apartment is in the sixth house from the beach and just a few blocks in either direction from the S train and buses that run along the peninsula. Around the corner from The Cradle, Oasis Cafe, Oasis Ramen, Whit's End, RBQ, Uma's, Kimo's Kitchen, and Rockaway Roasters.
