Cozy and welcoming cottage with many ammenities. This is a great retreat for families. Trinidad is a hidden gem in CO. The area has so much to offer travelers. The house is a 5-10 minute walk to downtown shopping, restaurants, galleries, river walk, and park. Also, walkable are the rec center/pool, golf course and bowling alley. There are a number of great outdoor activities in the area - two state parks, the highway of legends, hiking, boating, 4-wheeling, hunting, fishing, etc.

Our home is set up for self check-in, and has keyless entry. We use the August app. You will receive instructions via email from the August Home app, on how to use it, the day that you book. You use the app on your phone to unlock the door.
The home has wi-fi.
The TV has smart cast. You can cast any streaming app from your phone to the TV. There is no regular cable.
There are two beds in the second bedroom. They are stacked on top of each other.

You may use the whole house and everything in it. There is no access through the back door, or to the storage space in the back. We use that for cleaning supplies.
