This beautiful, quiet oasis is located on a gated property on a private vineyard, in the heart of the Paso Robles Willow Creek AVA. This 2 bed/2 bath + sofa sleeper, sleeps 6. Soak up the stunning views of vineyards, olive trees and the rolling hills of west side Paso Robles from your very own hottub! Located just 1.5 miles from the historic Downtown Square - dining, bars, wine tasting, local produce/fish/meat markets and boutiques are no more than a few minutes away!

This tastefully decorated and newly remodeled guest house has one king bedroom and one queen bedroom; both with large en suite bathrooms. From the front door, you will enter a spacious living room and attached dining room with an open concept floor plan. There is a high end comfortable queen sleeper sofa as well as several cozy arm chairs to relax in with a good book and enjoy a glass of wine in front of the lovely wood burning stove. The dining room table seats 8 people comfortably.
The living space leads into a breakfast nook and kitchen. Enjoy a snack at the kitchen counter area where you will find two bar stools or enjoy your coffee and tea at the sunny breakfast table while you gaze out at the views. The fully-equipped kitchen comes with all the essentials to whip up your favorite nibbles and meals.
Head outside to the front porch and patio to enjoy the lovely scenery and views of the coastal mountain range in the distance. There is an above ground jacuzzi that seats 6 people comfortably located between the guest house and a studio (we do not rent out the studio and it will never be occupied during your stay), a patio seating arrangement, a barbecue, fire pit and a covered front porch for some peaceful shade in the summer sun. You may even want to channel your competitive spirit and play a game or two of Corn Hole while you're outside! Enjoy gazing at our local wildlife - deer, wild turkey, owls and quail are our frequent visitors and provide for great photo opportunity and photo bombing!
Indulge in a refreshing glass from the complimentary bottle of Copia wine and soak in the tranquil wine country air! Your stay includes complimentary wine tasting at our downtown tasting room. The property is gated and completely fenced in. We allow a small pet, under 40 pounds, with approval when booking.

You may hear ATVs, tractors or workers during the day. Vineyard work typically takes place during the normal work week, and not at weekends! If you have any concerns or questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.
