Only accessible by stairs. May not be suitable for old people with mobility issues.
As the unit is located at Bukit Tinggi with higher altitude and surrounded by greens, we would like to highlight (stated in the amenities column) that there is no air-conditioning in my studio (and, in my view, not necessary too). Also note that there’s no WiFi ( why not try going offline - one day without technology :))

I love traveling and my most unforgettable experience was my short stay in a cozy English cottage in Windermere. Thus, this little place that you will be staying in was designed by me personally and I was responsible of putting together every nails and tiles in this humble studio. You will be staying in my future home, which I intend to stay after retirement. It may not be as commercially managed compared to your other experience but I sincerely hope that you will enjoy your stay with me!

The place is being managed by my housekeeper who stays at Selesa Hillhomes, who will also be in charge of your check-in/out. He will attend to your requests during your stay at my place but I am reachable via mobile from time to time.
