White Forest Suites are operated by 2 freaks, me (Hayden) and Kelvin. My only job is to supervise Kelvin and to handle sales and marketing. Other than that, he does all the job because he has more endurance than me and he is better in handling guests. So, from check in to check out, from maintenance to satisfaction, everything you can talk to him. You can also talk to him if you have personal issues like putus cinta, retrenched from work, family problems and etc. He is very sociable and cute (because of his height... he looks like a pokemon).
However, if you have a more complicated issue which requires highly critical and logical thinking, feel free to come to me (Hayden). My personality is similar to Kelvin, lemah-lembut jerrrrrr EXCEPT i don’t look like a pokemon.. because i’m taller, i look more like a human. Jokes aside, we are usually friendly and helpful like most of the time, like 99% of the time EXCEPT if we face those complicated guests with complicated failure genes in them. For example, guests that scold us for no reasons, guests that do not comply with the simplest house rules like got drunk and vomit all over the place and does not feel sorry, guests that act like an emperor and treats us like slaves, all these, sorry we cannot. Maybe Kelvin still can endure all these kinds of insults but I cannot. I am very kecil hati, i will start an off-court “litigation” with you and most of the time, the judgment is for me hehe. My point is, we are a community ma, if any problem just let us know and we slowly discuss until it works and you are satisfied. We are very open minded and we usually fulfil requests from guests because i want them to be happy. hehe.

I am a University Malaya graduate in Master of Commercial Law. I am planning to continue Doctor in Management in UM but too bad due to limited slots, I am rejected maybe because I am too young. I am only 26 this year (born (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) by the way, in case you do not know hehe. But never mind, i will try again next year or probably continue my PHD level in UK, i do not know yet.
Hobby:
Since the happening of Covid-19, we have developed quite a few of hobbies. The main reason is because we wanted to get out of our house so badly as you know the things we used to do are no longer fun, for example, cinemas (last time open until 2am now last call 9pm and some more cannot watch together). So we had to adapt to the new normal and we learned fishing. DAYUMMMMM, it is sooooo fun. The places we go like Air Kuning Dam is so chill, the nature of the place is beautiful and it helps us to release stress. As you know, Covid-19 outbreak has not been easy for everyone especially for us whom operates homestays, 0% tourists. So everytime we caught a new type of fish, we would take pictures with it and post to (Hidden by Airbnb) and also stick it onto my wall in my house. New fish = new license. It is something we are very proud of hehe. And lately, we have gone into aquascaping. Aquascaping means building aquarium tanks with plants, rocks, wood and so on. I am aspired to at least be in the world rank in IAPLC championship. You can look online if you want to know more, it is very fun but at the same time very very expensive.
So this is a short introduction of White Forest Suites, we are aspired to be “Your Airbnb Companion”. Hopefully after reading this profile, you feel more connected to us and have more trusts in us taking care of your stay in Kuala Lumpur. Anything just talk to us, we want to listen more from you!
