This 3 bedroomed bungalow is ideally situated 1 minute walk from the beautiful beach at East Wittering and a couple of minutes from the village, with all the facilities you could need. It has a large bathroom and separate additional WC, is bright, clean and airy with a sheltered south facing garden ideal for sundowners and BBQs. The open plan living dining and kitchen area is ideal for family living and has all facilities to offer you a comfortable 'home from home' feel.

Located a short walk from the hugely popular beach and sand dunes of West Wittering without needing to pre-book the car park. East Wittering Beach is moments from the doorstep and is a quite stretch of beach. If you're into surfing, kite surfing, windsurfing or just a day on the beach with the family, this is the ideal spot for you. The local family-run village pub, a couple of minutes away, has an outdoor beer garden as does Drifters Kitchen/Café bar which offers food all day. Butchers, fishmongers, grocers, pharmacy, sweet shop and other local independent shops are within a few minutes walk, including a Tesco and Co-Op. Approx 6 miles from the Roman walled city of Chichester and an ideal location for visiting Goodwood Racecourse and Motor Circuit for the Revival and Festival of Speed.
