3bd 1bth farm house with beautiful mountain views conveniently located with easy access to the highway and just minutes from town. Nestled in the West Elks wine country, we are located about 25 minutes away from The Black Canyon of The Gunnison, and there are plenty of hiking trails, fishing, and other outdoor activities to enjoy.

Private bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed, tv, and a personal mini fridge with freezer. No window in the room but we do provide a fan and it’s great for a relaxing stay and sleeping in.

Your room, kitchen, dining room, living room, and 1 shared bathroom. This is a shared space and we live here as well. We ask for your consideration and respect of our personal property, belongings, and our private bedrooms.

We are pet friendly. We do have dog in the house. He is very friendly, loves people and other furry friends. This is a farm house on about 2 acres of land. We do have a couple of cats that roam the property and goats and chickens on the property as well. All cancellations must be done through Airbnb within 24 hours prior to your reservation to receive a refund. No exceptions.

Quiet and relaxing getaway with beautiful mountain views. We are located in the heart of the West Elks wine country with lots of vineyard and orchard tours available. There are plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy including hiking trails, cross country skiing, biking, paddle boarding, rafting, canoeing, kayaking, and so much more. Lots of beautiful sight seeing to enjoy in the area as we are conveniently close to Needle Rock, Grand Mesa, and the Black Canyon of the Gunnison.
