Our newly renovated 3 bedroom 2 bath home is on .5 acre lot located in a quiet and secluded subdivision conveniently located near downtown Silver City and Western New Mexico University. Nice covered entry and back porch for outdoor seating. Xfinity/Comcast internet streaming up to 200 Mbps.
Well equipped Kitchen for all your cooking and baking needs. We provide a three gallon vessel for filtered drinking water. All new appliances, including washer and dryer.

We are aware of environmental toxins, viruses, and the like so we provide an Air Oasis air purifier, and use an ozonater in between uses to purify the home. We use unscented laundry detergents and cleaners. We are empathetic to those who are challenged with environmental toxins, but as you can imagine, we cannot guarantee the home will be suitable for all sensitivity levels.
We are happy to accommodate special dietary needs upon request. There are gluten and grain free options already provided. There are hot cereals, pancake & waffle mix, and power bars available for breakfast.
Extra folding chairs and t.v. stands provided. There are luggage stands provided in spacious walk-in closets. Extra cot available upon request.
New nickel-free stainless steel pots and pans, pyrex baking dishes, waffle maker, stainless steel mixing bowls, fresh spices and more for your use.
