Situated in the uphill region of Lincoln and a stones throw away from the Cathedral quarter, No 7 Gray Street benefits from cathedral views and a spacious back garden. The house itself is bright and spacious with lots of character, a perfect home from home for families or larger groups.
It benefits from both street parking and a garage round the back for more secure parking, a first floor office for those needing a quiet space to work as well as a large dining room and kitchen for cooking and hosting.
The bathroom offers both a bath and a shower, the kitchen comes with all amenities. There is also a TV with a wide range of channels and super fast broadband.
