There are two miles of sandy beach right on your doorstep, and much to see and do within a short stroll including The Royal North Devon Golf Club, restaurants, tennis, shops, pubs and National Trust cliff-top walks.

There is an large open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with comfy sofas, TV/DVD, one dining table which has this fabulous seaview.
Kitchen area has everything you need, including electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. The utility room houses the washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer.
