Stay in a large, private room in Austin’s historic Hyde Park neighborhood. Hyde Park is just 3.5 miles from downtown. Within walking distance (less than 1/2 of a mile), you'll find a full grocery store, three restaurants, and a bakery/coffee shop.
Given the COVID-19 risk, special cleaning and disinfecting will occur between each stay, in accordance with AirBnB's coronivirus cleaning checklist.
We do not accept pets - no service dogs or other.

Very recently renovated 1925 bungalow in the heart of Hyde Park - Austin's first suburb! The space is a 350+ square feet master suite attached to the main home but includes a private entrance in the back of the house.
The room was built specifically for hosting AirBNB guests. What this means is that the walls have been insulated for sound (although not completely sound-proof), and double-doors separate the rental space from the main house.
The room is equipped with a Nespresso machine for coffee and espresso, 4KTV, cups and glasses, a mini fridge, and fresh, high-quality towels and sheets.

Guests will have access to the master suite only, which includes a small kitchenette (fridge and coffee only) and full bathroom.

All Guest will be charged a City Hotel Tax fee of 11% post booking. Stay Local Austin will send a resolution request for the tax due a few days before arrival.
Airbnb collects the state hotel tax when you book. Stay Local Austin collects the city hotel tax.
