Inside, it has an open layout with reading nooks, 2 indoor fireplaces, a family room, office, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, full kitchen, dining room, laundry room, screened-in porch, and 3-car garage. The deck looks out over hundreds of miles of desert (mountains in Mexico 100 miles to the south) and has a shaded Pergola/dining area with outdoor kitchen, wood pellet grill, pizza oven, and outdoor fireplace.

The adobe-style home is in a secluded neighborhood, locate towards the end of Cow Trail Road where it is adjacent to a private trailhead to hiking and biking in the Dragonfly area. The kitchen is fully stocked with two ovens, a powerful blender, standing mixer, food processor, and wine bar. There is another full size refrigerator/freezer in the garage, and a small fridge for drinks in the office. Enjoy amazing sunsets from the outdoor kitchen that is fully equipped for eating and cooking outside.

You'll drive to our house on a well-maintained dirt road that is a short distance from the town of Silver City. We'll give you a code to get in the gate, and the house is at the end of a long driveway at the top of hill looking out over mountains and desert.

The neighborhood is adjacent to hundreds of miles of exceptional mountain biking accessible from the house, where you can discover petroglyphs, swimming holes, and sweeping views. Numerous hiking areas are a short drive, as well as road cycling and hiking in the 5 million acre Gila wilderness area.

My husband Jon and I split our time between Jackson Hole, Wyoming and Silver City, New Mexico. We have 2 grown boys and 2 young dogs. We spend our time outdoors hiking, mountain and road cycling, skiing, and fishing.
