This is a Studio flat situated right beside a popular cafe right at the top of Oneroa - means you just need to pop next door for your coffee :)
Below the studio is a basement / garage area where staff from the cafe put their bags but the studio is private and no one else accesses that area. Your are right beside one of the best cafes in Oneroa so really convenient to get meals / coffees / happy hour etc let alone see the sights

The space is the studio flat - adjoining the flat is a cafe with one of the best outlooks in Oneroa - you are welcome to enjoy that space as well and will of course be able to access their wifi .

The studio is for guests only - the Laundry is in the garage / basement area . The shower is also down the stairs but only for use by guests

The bus stop is right outside - ie just at the top of the hill from Matiatia ( 10 mins walk) but probably just the 2 Nd bus stop on the main route.
There may be some noise from the cafe guests but largely the place is elevated above the cafe and quite private plus the cafe isn’t open that late ( not at all during the week )

Fit ,interested in outdoors and loves to travel . Love sailing,kayaking and diving and am lucky enough to live on Waiheke Island which is a stunning place
