Our lower level space is designed to hopefully provide everything you need! It is cozy, clean & bright! You’ll have your own private entrance, bathroom, and kitchenette supplied with several small kitchen appliances. Storage available as well. Platform-height full size bed is firm with mattress topper. Streaming included for your entertainment. Weights, yoga mat, stroller, toddler sleeping cot, baby travel crib, or smaller mattress can be provided upon request. Please see “Other things to note!”

Amenities! Amenities! Several personal care items available for your use (blow dryer and hair straightener included). Kitchenette equipped with cooktop, coffee pot/Keurig, rice cooker, microwave, toaster oven, and pizza cooker. Your suite stays cool in the summer but can get chilly in the winter. An extra heater is provided. Fairly quiet location but easy commute to businesses and parks.

Back patio with bistro set is open for your use. Play space available for children to use at your own discretion. [We are not responsible for accidents.]

Tall folks beware— this is a basement space therefore ceilings are 79”- 81”. An air purifier is supplied for your use. You will hear pitter patter of feet upstairs but we try our hardest to be mindful of guests, especially in the mornings. We are early risers! And during the school year you will hear us upstairs around 7:00am. A sound machine is provided to drown out some noise. We also have a strict quiet time after 8pm. We prefer little to no coming or going after 8pm. If the 8pm quiet time and early wake time could be an issue for you, our space might not be the right option you. If you are high risk and have specific questions about my cleaning method during COVID, please message me.
