Our private studio will comfortably sleep 3. It is in the heart of the Rattlesnake recreation corridor as well as 5 minutes from the UM and downtown by bus or car. Enjoy the great neighborhood market and cafe a block away during your stay.

Our basic studio apartment was newly constructed several years ago. We strive to keep it stocked with all of the comforts of home. Brew a fresh cup of coffee in your kitchen or walk to the neighborhood coffee shop just 1 block away. Between the queen bed and the full-sized futon in the living room the apartment can comfortably fit 3 adults or adults with children.

Guests will have access to a shared backyard with a swing set, grill, small trampoline, volleyball net and 3-person hot tub. There are shared laundry facilities in our main house. The studio has Wi-Fi and a 40" internet-enabled television. We do not have cable tv but we do provide access to our Netflix account during your stay. Missoula is very bike friendly. We do have several bikes (youth and adult) that could be made available during your stay should you like to use them.

COVID INFO: As hosts, we are taking extra precautions to help prevent the spread of covid. We are trying to keep a day minimum between guests and have been doing extra sanitizing. We have rags and bleach spray available for your use during your stay as well as hand sanitizer. Please keep any rags used with bleach separate from the other dirty linens.

The Rattlesnake is the gateway to the Rattlesnake Wilderness and many outdoor activities. We are also convenient to the interstate and the downtown area. Rattlesnake Gardens, a fantastic neighborhood restaurant and grocery, is 1 block walk away. Their menu is posted on their facebook page. They also offer espresso, delicious daily lunch and dinner specials, breakfast specials on weekends, as well as some staples for your stay. We are located on a dead-end street across from a horse pasture. There is a great playground and walking path along the river 4 blocks from our home.

We are a very social family that enjoys meeting new people. However, we are very happy to provide privacy for guests that prefer it. Please note that the studio shares a backyard with our main home. As we have three young children interactions are inevitable although we are happy to minimize these should you have a time during your stay where you would like to use the backyard undisturbed. We will usually be around during your stay and are available to provide local information as well as a spice, toiletry or other need you may have to make your stay more enjoyable.
