Beautiful and spacious brick & timber loft. The original waterfront warehouse was built in 1857, then converted to lofts in 1996. With over 1430 square feet, the unit has exposed brick walls, timber beams, stainless steel appliances, maple hardwood floors and new carpet. One bedroom and bathroom are downstairs, along with the kitchen and living room. The second bedroom (with a view of the Bay Bridge) and bathroom, plus a storage closet, are upstairs. A full size washer and dryer are in the unit.

The loft is up a flight of stairs, but is right next to the elevator. High speed internet (WebPass) and WiFi are included, as are a TV and external speakers. This unit has a parking spot at the parking garage right next door.

My wife and I are professional photographers, live part-time in San Francisco, and rent out our loft when we're not in town. We are East Coast transplants, but have lived in California for over 20 years. Viewers Poll - Should I change my profile photo? I had fun taking this on a scanner, rotating my face during the scan. Please note that tenants will have to sign a lease and fill out all necessary HOA forms prior to their stay. We will consider some pets, which will have to be mentioned in the lease agreement. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, and there will be an additional deposit and cleaning fee.
