7 minutes from I57/I70 and 4 miles from Effingham. Within walking distance to all local establishments in Teutopolis. Property can be rented as total house(2000 sq. ) which is 4 bedrooms. If only two bedrooms are needed the first floor can be rented and second floor will be locked & not rented. Pricing($110/nt and $40 cleaning fee) for the first floor only will be sent as a Special Offer through Airbnb. Just request 1st floor in the inquiry.

The first floor has a modern kitchen, spacious living room, large dining area, sunroom, walk-in tub as well as a walk-in shower, 1 1/2 baths, and a washer & dryer. The second floor has 2 large bedroom and a full bathroom with a shower. Take your coffee out to the Sunroom or sit and enjoy the electric fireplace. Take time to enjoy the whirlpool walk-in tub or all the jets in the walk-in shower. A Pack n Play and high chair are available.

The home is handicap friendly with only two steps to enter. The first floor has a walk-in tub and well are a walk-in shower - all with handicap bars.

A gas grill and a fire pit will be made available upon request. Fire wood will be furnished. The house has two water heaters so hot water will never be an issue. The garage is not included as part of the house rental. The garage can also be rented. The garage is heated and air conditioned. Tables and chairs are available for small gatherings. Great place for opening gifts the day after the wedding.

My wife and I with the help of awesome contractors and some grandkids spent almost two years refurbing this house. My wife pulled up old flooring, cleaned out stuff, and painted. I finished and installed new woodwork, doors and door trim. I built and installed new cabinets throughout the entire house. So come and enjoy this very modern and up-to-date home!
