The Bee Hive is a self contained one level annex completely separate from the Farm House. You have your own entrance door outside lights and two outside seating areas.
You have your own parking space. Tea and coffee making facilities . A continental style breakfast provided. TV, a nice shower and a lovely king size bed. Everything you need for a short stay. For people staying at colder times of the year the Bee Hive has its own log burner. The sunsets are amazing and the sky is full of stars.

Although a cooked breakfast is not offered, I do provide a nice continental style breakfast.

Here in Lincolnshire the Wi-fi is not great add on our rural location and I think you can guess the rest. We do have it but it’s not reliable. Again please note if wi-fi is important to your stay don’t book us.

We have a really nice local pub called The Barley Mow. Great drinks and food. Also Wrangle Spice a take away that delivers.
We are 8 miles from the seaside resort of Skegness and 15 miles from the market town of Boston. We are an ideal location for exploring Lincolnshire.
Lots of beach walks. Local fishing lakes. Antique hunting in Horncastle. We also have a well stocked village shop and post office. Last but not least Friskney has its very own Zoo. Lincolnshire Wilde life and safari park
