You’ll feel at home in our safe neighborhood and still be close to all that the foothills have to offer! You can cook your own meals or savor eateries in nearby Old Colorado City! Breakfast options & snacks await to fuel your days of exploration. You have so much to do & see but it just might be difficult to leave the comfort of the cozy hideout. I can’t wait to host you!

From the large, fully stocked kitchen, to the plush king sized bed... from the double shower heads in the shower to the cozy loveseat and large smart tv... we have given every single detail thought and purpose. This spacious apartment was built from below the ground up with you in mind! We have always dreamed of being the owners of a bed & breakfast. We decided to build our very own to be able to offer the best we could. Our goal is to offer everything you need to create lifelong memories!

You will have full and private access to the entire apartment including the full kitchen, bedroom, living room area and bathroom. You will also have your own parking area located directly next to the stairs leading to the apartment.
You will have shared access to our family's backyard with outdoor seating, picnic table with umbrella, outdoor lights and grassy area.

We have 4 children and a dog. We will do our best to keep them quiet. Our dog, Cocoa, is super friendly and likes to talk to our guests but will cause no harm. He does love new friends if you would like to come say hello!

all that Old Colorado City, Colorado Springs, and Manitou Springs has to offer. We are a block away from an amazing German bakery, and a few blocks from restaurants, coffee shops and breweries.
