The "Treehouse" is a space-efficient, upstairs studio apartment that is built above a 2 car garage. It is approximately 350 square feet with a queen size bed, work space, and 2 closets for storage. There are plenty of windows to let in natural lighting and make the apartment feel large and airy

The Treehouse apartment is situated behind our family home. You will have your own, gated entrance and there is a privacy fence that separates your entryway from our back yard so you can come and go at your leisure, but we are close by if you need anything at all.
Do be aware the garage below is used by the owners, so don’t be startled if you hear the automatic garage door opener beneath your feet :)
You have a designated parking space just outside the gate that leads up to the apartment. The stairway is completely enclosed so no need to worry about the elements. You also have a small patio with two seats and a table if you'd like to enjoy your morning coffee downstairs.
The kitchen has an oven with stovetop, a mid-size refrigerator, a toaster oven and microwave. It is stocked with cooking essentials, but if you have specific questions about amenities please feel free to ask! Please note, there is no dishwasher.
The AC and heater are both new and powerful window units, easily capable of heating/cooling the space. The smart TV is connected to wifi and the password is provided in the welcome packet upon your arrival. There is no washer or dryer on the premises; however, there are 4 laundromats within a 3 to 5 minute drive.
Whether your visit to Oklahoma City is for business or leisure, you will find no shortage of restaurants, arts, live music, history, and both indoor and outdoor activities for singles, couples, or the whole family. We would be happy to offer suggestions!
