Easy access to skiing, biking, fishing, and hiking as well as quick access to the restaurants, shopping, and nightlife of Steamboat Springs. Two bedrooms, a private den, two bathrooms, and an open living space.

The condo has a master bedroom with an attached full bathroom, along with a second bedroom and a den which functions as a third bedroom which share a common full bath. The open living space has a fully stocked kitchen and a living space with a fireplace, TV, WiFi, and a balcony with a view of the mountain.

The condo is located on the third floor. Unit 307. You may occupy one of the spaces in front of the condo, if you have an additional vehicle you may park in the visitors spots at the end of the lot during the summer time (during the winter these are used for snow removal).
