Brentwood Beach Bungalow is the perfect getaway to the Emerald Coast!
Located just right off 30A, this three-bedroom cottage is a short convenient walk to the beach and the private pool is secluded, tranquil and beautiful.
Brentwood Beach Bungalow is a one-story cottage freshly painted and updated with brand new furnishings March 2020. It is perfect for families or small groups. The home has two driveways to accommodate all your cars including room to park a boat. When you walk into the home you will find a living room, dining area and full kitchen decorated with gorgeous granite countertops and equipped with stainless-steel appliances. There are also three bedrooms, a brand new pull out sofa sleeper, 2 full bathrooms, washer and dryer and a beautiful patio featuring a private heated pool with bbq grill, dining table/chairs and chaise lounge chairs to relax by the pool.
Brentwood Beach Bungalow is located in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, United States. 30A is just a short ten-minute drive to Silver sands factory outlet mall as well as all the family and adult activities of Sandestin. Down the street is Gulf place, with lots of great restaurants, shopping boutiques, ice cream, liquor store, summer concerts, artist fairs and continuous entertainment options. The quaint villages of Grayton Beach, watercolor, and seaside are just 4-8 miles down the beach highway. There is public beach accesses with clean public facilities and plenty of parking right down the street at Ed Walline Beach. There is a free shuttle that runs March - October to and from Seaside! There is also plenty of parking at the public beach access or easily walkable.

After just one visit to Santa Rosa Beach, my husband and I recognized paradise.
