Come and enjoy this spacious tri-level, great for families with kids, couples, or even solo adventurers. This tastefully decorated home is lake living at its best. The main level great room/kitchen features an open interior designed for easy socializing. Enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails on the spacious deck. A half bath and washer/dryer complete the main level.

The upper level features the master bedroom with a king sized bed overlooking scenic Georgetown Lake. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed with views of Discovery Ski and the mountains. A full bathroom with shower/tub is also here.
The walk-out lower level includes a queen bed for additional guests, along with a full bathroom with shower/tub. This level has an oversized sectional sofa and recliner facing the 55” flat screen tv for family movie night.
There is an in-law suite attached to the house with its own private entrance that is sometimes occupied by host.
