The entrance is on the ground floor of a quiet 3 storey house. It offers a very comfy king size bed and is easily accessible. The location is superb; a quiet neighbourhood with 3 big supermarkets and smaller groceries within 5 min walk and fast access to both city centre and train station.
The studio is situated in a quiet side street with everything you need in a short, walkable distance. There is a butchery, cheese shop, bakery, several big supermarkets and pharmacy on Herentalsebaan (main street) all within 1-5 minutes walk.
You can reach several parks within 10 minutes walk. Boelaerpark & Boekenbergpark border to several organic/hipster coffeeshops. Rivierenhof is the biggest park with a huge lake where you can make nice walks and picnics.
There is a swimming pool within 10 minutes walk from the house.
