Just remodeled back yard house has a bedroom w/ large closet, a new bathroom and a new kitchen and adjoined living space. 500 square feet so enough room for a couple or single person. Full size bed. The kitchen has a gas cook-top with range hood, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, all the kitchen necessities...pots/pans, etc. If I don't have it, let me know and Ill get it! :) Front deck has lounge chairs. TV has Netflix, Hulu. This house has its own AC/Heat system. Wifi yep!
