- Dining island with high bar chairs for three people,
- Sofa, Pull-out sofa-bed with full size sleeping (54” wide), with throw pillows,
- LCD TV with Apple TV Box, high speed Wi-Fi (password can be found at the TV stand drawer),
- Computer desk,
- USB charge ports for your convenience located on a TV stand.
Good size BEDROOM has:
- Queen size bed, linens, towels etc.
- Digital alarm clock with USB charge ports,
- Large dresser,
- Closet with hangers, Iron board, Iron.
KITCHEN equipped with:
- Pots, pans, dishware, glasses, utensils, Brita water filter etc.,
- Full size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, over the hood microwave,
- Electric tea kettle, Coffee maker, Toaster with coffee, teas, and sugar,
- Soap, dishwasher detergent, sponges etc.
BATHROOM with all you may need:
- Liquid soap, Shampoo, Conditioner, Shower gel, Hair Dryer, towels etc.,
CLOSET with lots of space for your luggage, Vacuum Cleaner, Laundry detergent, Fabric softener etc.
Need WASHER & DRYER?
You can use coin operated washer and dryers located on lower level of the building, please use the same fob key as for the building front/rear entry. Laundry detergent and fabric softener can be found in a closet.
DURING your stay,
To enter in and out of the building please use a key located inside the unit by the front entry door. Please do NOT LOSE, do NOT TAKE with you this fob key (after checking-out).
Building entry fob key can be duplicated only through the condo management corp. at a hefty price of $125, plus inconvenience…
IMPORTANT:
Please ALWAYS have the fob key with you to navigate in the building, you will need it to get
into the building, into the pool, sauna, gym, laundry facilities, in elevator, to open a parking garage door.

- This area is a walker's paradise - daily errands do not require a car.
- Transit is excellent and convenient for most trips.
- It's a biker's paradise - daily errands can be accomplished on a bike.

- Using UV light with ozone (germicidal, disinfection sterilizer lamp),
- All surfaces also cleaned with disinfecting agents,
- Beddings and towels washed with bleach.
